WashNOW! Profiles

NOTE: This feature is only available from Corporate. It's optional and only available if you previously set up WashConnect WashNOW! with Technical Support. Additional fees apply.

You can create a WashNOW! Profile that targets all of your sites or one for each individual site. The number of sites that have a WashNOW! profile created will determine which stores customers can purchase from while using the app. If there is no profile for an individual site, they will not be displayed as an option to purchase from when navigating the WashNOW! application.

  1. Set up WashNOW! with Technical Support.
  2. From the WashConnect logon screen, select the Corporate level.
  3. On the Configuration menu, select Goods and Services, and then click WashNOW! Profiles.
  4. Click the Add button.
  5. Type a name for the Profile.
  6. In the Site box, select a site or All Sites.
  7. Add Club Services, Wash Services and Extra Services to the WashNOW! Profile. 

You will not be able to create more than one WashNOW! profile for the same site. On the Corporate site, you can only assign corporate PLUs. At the site level, Corporate PLUs and PLUs created at that site can be displayed on the WashNOW! Profile.

 

The items assigned to each profile will represent everything you want to sell on your WashConnect WashNOW! application. This can include Club Services, Gift Cards, base washes and their assigned extras.

The example below shows three individual sites.
