Search for a Customer

You can search for an existing customer from the Touch POS screen.   

  1. Log on to WashConnect® from the car wash site level.
  2. On the Touch POS menu, open the sales screen (Open Shift), and then confirm the Greeter.
  3. Click in the License box, type the license plate number, and press the Enter key.

Click the Customer Search button.

The Customer Search dialog box appears.

  1. In the Search box, type in the first few letters and auto complete may complete your customer.
  2. Click to select a customer.
