Description

Accounting

Displays the various accounting transactions using shift report data that occurred during a specified time period. Accounting transactions include adds, deposits, removes, refunds, cash received, etc. This card shows the same information that is located at the bottom of a shift report. Added in version 1.4.0.0

Cars Washed

Uses VSPR data to show the number of cars washed per hour for the selected entity during the selected time period. The data will show the Cars washed, Total Sales, Extra Sales, Sales/Car, and Extras/Car, as well as weather information (if configured). In the footer of the card the   current conveyor speed will be displayed for up to two tunnels. This information is only available for tunnels using WBC as the controller.

Cars/Sales Targeted

Uses VSPR data, and site performance details to display a computation of the number of cars    that must be washed by the given point of the year in order to meet the targeted cars per year KPI. Three sections are displayed, a section for Today, for Month to Date, and Year to Date. In        each section, the projected number of Cars, Sales, and Sales/Car are displayed as well as the actuals and a variance. The projected number of Cars is calculated by taking the targeted cars per year KPI and dividing it by 365. This value is then multiplied by the number of days in the given period. To compute the projected sales entry, the projected number of cars is multiplied by the Sales/Car KPI. The actual values are taken from VSPR data. The variance represents a comparison of the projection vs. the actual numbers.

Club Usage

The Club Usage card shows statistics for wash clubs including a count of active members per club, as well as the percentage of club members that club represents. A summary is included which displays the Total Club Members, the Total Visits, Total Sales, Average Sales/Member, Average Sales/Wash, and Average Visits during the selected period. Added in version 1.4.0.0

Device Status

Shows the health information for each device at the selected site. Next to the device name will be either a green, orange, or red icon. The icon is red if the device has an active critical event, orange if it has an active warning event, and green if neither event exists. This card is not available when looking at historical data, or when rolling up to a region/corporate. 

Employees Working

Shows two tabs: 1.The Working tab shows a list of employees currently clocked in including Profit Center and Department and their phone numbers (if available). 2.The Not Working tab shows a list of employees not clocked in along with available phone numbers. This card is not available when looking at historical data, or when rolling up to a region/corporate.

Labor

Uses VSPR data to show labor information, per hour, for the selected entity and the selected time period. The data will show the Cars washed, Man Hours, Labor Cost, Cars/Man Hour, and Labor/Car, as well as weather information (if configured). Man Hours are computed based on the total number of employees clocked in, and the Labor Cost is based on the hourly wages and the man hours worked.

Labor Performance

Labor Performance uses VSPR data to display labor performance information per hour. To compute the performance, this card pulls data from the site configurable KPI, specifically the Targeted Labor Cost KPI. The card will show the Cars washed, Required Man Hours, and Actual Man Hours.  A Labor Variance between the required and actual man hours is also displayed. Finally, the Labor Performance is computed by taking the variance and multiplying it by the average Targeted Labor Cost KPI across the profit centers.

Overview (Corporate Only)

Displays a summary of VSPR information across all sites/regions. This card is only available when logged into corporate. The card will display an entry for each site and region including the cars washed, the sales/car, the labor cost, the terminal balance, and sales distribution. If available, the card will also display the weather information for each site during the selected time period. Added in version1.3.2.316

Payment Distribution

Sales Distribution by Profit Center

Displays a breakdown of sales during the specified time period by profit center.  The Quantity (number of items sold), Total Sales Amount, and the Percentage of Sales will be displayed for each profit center.  Additionally, for profit centers where car counts are available (For example, profit centers where cars are washed), a car count will be displayed as well.

Sales Performance

Uses VPSR data, and site performance details, to display sales performance information per hour. To compute the performance, this card pulls data from the site configured KPI, specifically the Sales/Car KPI. The card will display the Cars washed, the Average Sales/Car Target (average     across the profit centers), and the Actual Sales/Car. A variance between the Average Sales/Car Target and the Actual Sales/Car is also displayed, as well as a dollar calculation of the variance of the sales/car.

Salesman Statistics

Displays a breakdown of the sales, by greeter, to include the number of Cars washed, number of Cars Buying Extras, Percentage of Cars Buying Extras, Sales Per Car, Extras Per Car, and the Percent of Extra Sales.

Terminal Balances

When viewed for a single site, the Terminal Balances card will show the terminal balance for       each device at the site. When viewing for a region or corporate, this will instead show the total          cash on hand at each site. This card is not available when viewing historical data.

Top Sites

Displays available sites and allows the user to sort the data based on Cars Sold, Sales/Car, Labor Cost, Terminal Balance, and Sales Distribution. Added in version1.4.0.3

Top Wash Sales

Displays the top 10 services that were sold at the selected entity during the selected time period. The data will show the total Quantity of the item purchased, the Total Price (revenue for the item), and the Percentage of Sales revenue the item represents. Additionally, an item labeled “All Other Sales” will be included as a summary of all sales that are not in the top 10.
