To edit a Utility measurement, follow these steps:

1. On the Utilities menu, click Manage Providers.
2. Select a Utility, and then click the Edit button.
3. Make necessary changes.
4. Click the Save button.
5. If the message "Utility saved successfully" appears, click OK.
