Tracking Rewashes or Free Washes

NOTE: Contact Technical Support to set up the Reason Prompt feature.

The following settings will turn off the required fields to enter customer data during a rewash, free wash, refund, or using a club customer. 

Technical Support will do the following, this is just for reference, please contact Technical Support to set up this feature:

  1. System Setup > Devices.> Settings.
  2. Device Type > POS.
  3. Device Name > device.
  4. Settings Type > TouchPOSConfiguration.
  5. Settings > Prompt Settings.
  6. The following settings disable the prompt where the user can enter customer information such as phone number and reason for free wash, re-wash, refunds, and clubs:

FreewashCustomerInformationPrompt = False
RewashCustomerInformationPrompt = False
RefundsCustomerInformationPrompt = False
ClubCustomerInformationPrompt = False

NOTE: True enables the setting.
