NOTE: Customer Group is only available from Corporate logon.
To edit Customer Correspondence Email, follow these steps:
- At WashConnect logon, select Corporate.
- On the Configuration menu, select Marketing Email.
- In the View box, select the As List or Calendar.
- Click to select an Email Correspondence.
- Click the Edit button.
NOTE: You cannot edit an email that has already been sent.
- Make necessary edits.
- Click the Save button.
To delete a Customer Correspondence Email, follow these steps:
NOTE: Customer Group is only available from Corporate Logon.
- At WashConnect logon, select Corporate.
- On the Configuration menu, select Marketing Email.
- In the View box, select the As List or Calendar.
- Click to select an Email Correspondence.
- Click the Delete button.
