Customers

All Customer data, including Club and Fleet Customers, is managed from the Manage Customers menu. There are two sub menus for Customers:  Manage and Group. You can add, edit, and delete customers or vehicles; add, edit, or terminate recurring billing; and view history for a customer or vehicle.

If adding a Fleet Account, then go to the Fleet Accounts menu. You can view and edit fleet customer data from the Customers Manage menu. 

Customers can purchase a club at the Auto Sentry terminal but the terminal only processes payment for the club. Upon exiting the wash, it is necessary for the car wash employee to complete the club sign up process with the customer as follows:   

  1. Customer needs to read and sign the Wash Club Contract.
  2. Wash attendant adheres an RFID tag to the inside of a clean windshield.
  3. In WashConnect® from the Customers menu, the attendant can add the RFID tag number, and any available customer information such as name, address, license plate, email address, etc.

From Corporate log on to WashConnect, create Groups with specified customers for whom you can offer special pricing or discounts.
