You can edit an existing Fleet Account.
- From the Fleet menu, click to select Accounts.
The Accounts tab appears.
- Search for a Fleet Account.
- Scroll through the list, and click to select the Fleet Account.
Underneath the Fleet Accounts, the valid Customer list appears for that Fleet account.
- Click the Edit Account button.
The Fleet box appears.
- Make any necessary changes.
NOTE: If Prepaid box appears, it always appears dim. You cannot switch fleet account types from Prepaid fleet account to an ROA invoiced fleet account. If you need to change the account type for the Fleet Account, you will need to delete the Prepaid fleet account and create a new ROA Invoice fleet account, and then add all customers and vehicles.
- Click the Save button.
The fleet account changes are saved.
