WashConnect® provides owners and managers with many reports which can be used to help identify theft at the site. Reports such as the Wash to Register and Ticket Comparison can be compared to show the tunnel activity versus the paid services. If a site consistently has a discrepancy between the two reports, it could mean that there is theft occurring at the site. The Audit Control Report can be used in conjunction with the Register Reports to assist in determining if theft is occurring at the site.
