Terminate or Suspend Vehicles but not Customer

Terminate or Suspend the vehicle(s) but NOT the customer.

IMPORTANT:

•    Terminating vehicles does not delete credit card information.

•   Suspended vehicles can reactivate their membership without resubmitting a credit card.

  1. Open WashConnect.
  2. On the Customers menu, select Manage Customers.

Search for a Customer:

    1. In the Search box, type in customer’s plate number or RFID number.
    2. From the In Field list, select License or RFID.
    1. Click the View button.
    2. Double-click the customer.

    -or-

    Select an active customer, and then click the Edit Customer button.

    1. Click to select Vehicle Information tab.
    2. Double-click to select the vehicle.

    The Vehicle dialog box appears.

    1. In the Billing Status box, select Terminated or Suspended.
    2. Click OK.
    3. Repeat steps 7-9 to terminate or suspend other vehicles.
    4. Click the Save button.
    5. If you receive the "Customer Saved Successfully" message, click OK.
