To make changes to the promo receipt text, follow these steps:

1. On the Configuration menu, select Frequency Promotion, and then select Promo Receipt Text.

The Promo Receipt Text tab appears.

2. Click the column header arrow button  to reorder the column to ascending order or click again for descending order.
   The arrow will appear in the column header indicating which column has been reordered and it points up for ascending and down for descending order.
3. Click to select a Promo Receipt Text name.
   The line is highlighted.
4. Click the Edit button.
5. Make any necessary changes.
6. Click the Save button, or the Cancel button.  

To delete the promo receipt text, follow these steps:

1. On the Configuration menu, select Frequency Promotions menu, and then select Promo Receipt Text.

The Promo Receipt Text tab appears.

2. Click to select the Frequency Promotion Receipt text.
   The Frequency Promotion Receipt Text is highlighted.

3. Click the Delete button.
   The message Receipt Text Successfully Deleted appears.
   –or–
   Message appears that the text is already in use by a frequency promotion.

4. From the Promo Setup tab, remove the Receipt Text name from the list, and then Go back to step #2.
