Increase the frequency of customers and reward customers with each repeat visit to the car wash by offering cascade pricing.
There are two independent customer tracking systems within WashConnect:
- Auto Sentry: Set up a Frequency Promotion for a wash service. This is only applicable to the Auto Sentry payment terminal.
- Touch POS: Set up Cascade Pricing for wash services. This is only applicable for the Touch POS Express, In-Bay, and Full-Service profit centers. Cascade Pricing can only be set up for one promotion at a time. Cascade Pricing at a Touch POS terminal is redeemable against a customer’s wash.
When the customer first visits your wash and purchases a wash that is set up with Cascade Pricing, the customer can receive the promotion on their receipt. At the bottom of the receipt it states they can receive $X off if they returning within X amount of days to the car wash. If they visit the wash at the Auto Sentry within the amount of days stated on the wash receipt, the customer may enter the wash code and the pricing will adjust for their transaction. If they visit the wash at the Touch POS, the customer tracking system in WashConnect displays the available promotions that each customer is eligible for and can apply to their transaction.
