You can configure a POS or an Auto Sentry Wash Book sale transactions to automatically email the wash book receipt when it is purchased.
NOTE: To Email an automatic receipt to customer, it is required to have previously established an email address on file in WashConnect®.
- On the Customer menu, select Manage.
- Search for a customer.
- In the Primary Email box, type Customer email address.
- In the Confirm Primary Email box, type Customer email address again from step #3.
- Optional: in the Secondary Email box, type second email address for customer.
- Optional: in the Confirm Secondary Email box, type second email address from step #5.
- Click to mark the Receive email receipts check box.
- Click the Save button.
