Email Invoice

You can email a generated invoice. 

If the Email address is not filled in for the Fleet Account, the email the invoice to the customer check box option on the left-side of the invoice will be unavailable.

NOTE: Invoice is only available from the Corporate logon.

  1. At WashConnect® logon, select Corporate.
  2. On the Fleet menu, select Invoice.
  3. Search for an Invoice.
  4. From Fleet Invoice list, click to select an Invoice check box.
  5. Click the Email Invoice button.

The Information message "Invoice added to email queue" appears.

  1. Click OK.
