Create Customer Mailing Labels

You can create mailing labels by performing a mail merge in Microsoft® Word. First, you need to Export and Save a Customer List.

Follow these steps to create mailing labels:

  1. Open Microsoft® Word.
  2. Create a Mail Merge.
  3. Select Labels.
  4. Select Recipients, use an Existing List.
  5. Select the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that was saved when exporting the Customer List.
  6. Insert Merge Fields on the first label and format.
  7. Click Finish and Merge.
