To delete a Utility record, follow these steps:

1. On the Utilities menu, click Manage Providers.
2. Click to select the Utility record.
3. Click the Delete button. 
4. If the message "Are you sure you wish to terminate this record? Please use caution, this action cannot be reversed" appears, click the Yes button. 
5. If the message "Utility saved successfully" appears, click OK.
