In general, Users can be the owners, managers, and employees of the car wash who may need to log on to WashConnect® or use the Time Clock feature to Log On/Log Out. For the manager or owner, an administrative User ID and Password are created by the ICS technician who installed WashConnect. A user with the appropriate Security Role can set up other Users, however, they cannot set up another User to have more security roles than those to which they themselves are limited. A User needs to be created for each employee that will use WashConnect to Log On/Log Out and for any employee that will need to access WashConnect screens such as Touch POS or the Customer Manage functions. It is up to the creator of these Users to determine how much access will be given to each User.
