If configured, WashConnect® will allow Terminated and Suspended Club Customers to renew their membership at the Auto Sentry.

• Terminated club customer need to swipe a new credit card at the Auto Sentry and get a new RFID Tag adhered to their windshield. 

• Suspended customer is requested to swipe a new credit card if it expired at the Auto Sentry, and when the customer selects Renew My Membership, all their club information on file is reactivated.
