If a vehicle has a false start into the tunnel and it must be backed up, you can reload the ticket if the programmed minimum car length has not been reached.
NOTE: Reloading is available on Tunnel Tunnel® Jr. and Tunnel Tunnel® wbc controllers. Third party controllers may not support this function.
- From the Touch POS, Touch IT, or Touch EMS, open WashConnect.
- On the StackNControl menu, select Stack Management.
- Tap or click the Reload Car button.
