To Delete a Utility Bill, follow these steps:

1. On the Utilities menu, click to select Manage Utility Bills button.
2. Search for a Utility Bill, then click to select the bill.
3. Click the Delete button. 

If the message "Are you sure you wish to terminate this record? Please use caution, this action cannot be reversed" appears, click Yes to confirm.

5.  If the message "Utility bill terminated successfully" appears, click the OK button.
