About Auto Billing

Autobilling is used to renew a customer's club membership.
Autobilling uses a stored recurring ID to bill the club customer's credit card which is securely stored at the credit card processor.
Autobilling can either run at each location if there are multiple locations -or- it can run at one location for all club customers across multiple sites.
When running autobilling at one location, the user can look at the autobill revenue report to determine which locations should receive what amount based on the club customers that are tied to their site.
Sites check with Autobilling to ensure that a customer's club has billed before letting the customer use the club at a different site.
You can autobill all memberships at a single site, even if some of them are tied to different processors. This makes it easy for your wash to migrate to a new credit card processor.
