Suspending will deactivate a club membership for the vehicle but retain their recurring ID on file. The recurring ID will be retained for reactivation in future.
NOTE: For security purposes, WashConnect® does not store credit card data but instead stores a recurring ID that is connected to the credit card processor that it uses to access the credit card data at TransFirst, Transaction Express, First Data and Moneris.
The vehicle will move to a suspended status so we do not bill them again. Their expiration date does not change so their club will remain valid until the expiration date even if put into a suspended status by the site.
IMPORTANT:
• Terminating a vehicle does not delete the credit card recurring ID for auto billing.
• Suspended a vehicle can reactivate a membership and reinstate the prior credit card used via the recurring ID.
