Click the No Sale button if you need to open the drawer to make change for someone without finalizing a transaction.
Even if you make selections, you can clear the register, open the drawer, and start over.
- Log on to WashConnect® from the car wash site level.
- On the Touch POS menu, open the sales screen (Open Shift), and then select a Greeter.
- Ring up a sale.
- Click the No Sale button.
If you began to ring up sales items, they are now cleared out without entering a transaction, the cash drawer opens, and your sales screen is ready for a new sale.
Common Practices: No Sale is a very specific User right and should only be given to trusted employees since the cash drawer opens without a transaction being entered!
