Wash to Club Upgrades Feature at Auto Sentry
The Standard Retail profile is presented initially for the wash customer to make a selection. When the customer selects a wash service to purchase, then the ICS Payment Terminal presents another screen that offers an upsell from the wash to a club purchase.
When setting up the Wash to Club Upgrade:

It allows one club service to be tied to one base service. It is a one to one relationship.
- The profile can not contain more than 6 base to club definitions because it is a mapping table.
- The profile schedule can be used to make this feature available at specific times or all day.
- Not every base service in your Retail profile needs to be matched with a club. The site determines
which Base they want to try to upsell to which club.
After the customer chooses a base wash that has a club wash upgrade reference, the Club Upgrade for that base service is
offered to the customer. It shows the price of the Club and the difference in price between what they were
going to spend on the wash versus what the difference in cost is to buy the club. See below.

- Yes Upgrade to Wash Club Shown Above button: If the customer chooses Yes, they will purchase the club instead of the wash, and will proceed through entering their zip code, possible cell phone number, and would be given the ability to purchase Club extras or general extra services, based on the club profile.
- No Continue with my wash selection: If the customer chooses No, they will proceed to the extra services screen if they are included in the Retail profile.
Profiles are configured:
- In the Profile box, type in Wash to Club Upgrade.
- In the Profile Type list, select Wash to Club Upgrade allowing the car wash to assign a specific club to a specific base wash.
- To add a Base Service, select the Add Base Service button.
- To bind a Club Service to the Base Service, click the Base Service, and then the Add Club Service button.
- Click the Save button to finalize your choices.
In the next steps, you will make the profile active.

- Add a Schedule time for the upgrades to be available, and in the Applies to column, select Wash To Club Upgrade.

Test to ensure all club graphics are displayed, if graphics are missing the site may need to have different size club graphics created.
