Reactivate an Account

If an account has been terminated, you can reactivate it.

  1. On the Configuration menu, select Accounting Interface, and then select Manage Acct Interface.

The Manage Acct Interface tab appears.   

   

  1. Click to select the Account to reactive.
  2. Click the Reactivate button.
  3. If you receive the "Are you sure you want to make the Terminated account to Active" message, click Yes (or No).
  4. If you receive the "Account is enabled successfully" message, click OK.
