Print Receipt

You can print a copy of the receipt while on the Touch POS.   

  1. Log on to WashConnect from the car wash site level.
  2. On the Touch POS menu, open the sales screen (Open Shift), and then select a Greeter.
  3. Locate the ticket number on the customer's receipt, type in the Ticket number.

The ticket loads.

  1. Click the Print button.

The receipt prints on your receipt printer.

NOTES:

  • Along with the existing number of credit receipts to print, configure the number of receipts and the type of receipts to print for a POS credit transaction.
  • Only one receipt with a Signature line will ever be printed regardless if it's configured to print 2 or greater, providing the setting is at least set to 1. 
  • Set up receipts to never print a Signature line.
  • From the Manage Customer's screen, type in an email address and select Receive Receipts box to always receive emailed receipts from each completed transaction.
