When starting up Innovative Control Systems applications, ICS will check if the WashConnect® application and the hardware of the machine where it is running have been validated. This is a requirement to run ICS software and must be completed. There will be only a handful of employees, for security purposes, that will have the ability to complete both a Hardware and Software Validation process. If the machine hardware is not validated, WashConnect will be terminated immediately. If WashConnect is not validated, the system will notify the user that it needs to be validated and will begin a count down trial period of 30 days. If after 30 days WashConnect is still not validated, WashConnect will refuse to launch anymore until validated. This will require a call to ICS Support.
