Dashboard Projection Analysis

Hour

Indicates the hour of operations. This number is derived from the Hourly Statistics Report.

Cars

This indicates how many vehicles or transactions have been processed as an average for the date range selected during the hour indicated on the chart.
NOTE: The actual cars indicate the total number of base transactions during the particular hour being viewed.  In any profit center, Base includes all services sold which have been set up as a Sales Item with the Base type selected.

Average Cars

This number would be the average number of cars washes during the set date range that have a number greater than zero.
NOTE: If no cars are washed on a day in that date range than that day is not counted when calculating the average. 

Total

This number represents the total number of vehicles washed on that day.

Projection Chart

Required Man-hours

Number of man hours necessary to handle the cars per hour for the specified time frame.

Actual Man-hours

Total number of hours logged by all employees who were clocked in for the specified time frame.

Labor Ratios

Labor per Car

The sum of wages for each employee on the clock divided by the number of cars sold. 

Percent Labor of Sales

Sum of total sales divided by sum of total labor costs shown as a percentage. 

Hour

The hour of operations.
