NOTE: The Site Surveys menu option and configuration is only available at Corporate.

Site Surveys can be filled out by car wash customers on the wash site's tablet that has the WashTAB app installed.

IMPORTANT: Must have a tablet with the WashTAB app installed, and site must be running a minimum of WashConnect v1.7.x.

The site can create a Site Survey in WashConnect at the Corporate location, then can be available on the WashTAB. The contents of the survey are fully customized by the site. The Site Survey can be prepared with Yes/No questions, multiple choice, rating numbers, and open ended questions where customer's can type in their answers. After customers have takent he Site Survey, the results will be available within WashConnect by selecting the Site Surveys menu, and then Reports.
