You can clear a Frequency Promotion.

1. On the Configuration menu, select Frequency Promotions, and then select Promo Setup.

NOTE: At any time, you can click the Cancel button to undo changes and revert to the saved Frequency Promotions.

2. To clear one of the Frequency Promotions, locate the line with the Service Name or PLU.
3. In the Clear column, click to select the Clear text link.
4. This will clear this Sales Item from a Frequency Promotion.
5. Click the Save button.

NOTE: The only way to remove a PLU from appearing in the Frequency Promotions list is to delete the Sales Item PLU.
