NOTE: This Frequency Promotion is for the ICS payment terminal only. For Touch POS frequency promotions, see Cascade Pricing.

To clear a Frequency Promotion, follow these steps:

1. Select Configuration > Frequency Promotions > Promo Setup.

NOTE: At any time before you save, you can click the Cancel button to undo changes and revert to the saved Frequency Promotions.

2. To clear one of the Frequency Promotions, locate the line with the Service Name or PLU.
3. In the Clear column, click to select the Clear text link.
   This will clear this Sales Item from a Frequency Promotion.
4. Click the Save button.

NOTE: The only way to remove a PLU from appearing in the Frequency Promotions list is to Delete the Sales Item PLU.
