Reset the Gate Queue

Resetting the Gate Queue may be necessary if cars are not appearing on the Tunnel Stack after a purchase at an Auto Sentry terminal. These cars will appear in the Gate Queue. This typically happens if an Auto Sentry® terminal gate is manually raised for a vehicle, if a vehicle has missed the stacking loop in the ground, or the stacking loop is malfunctioning. Reset the Gate Queue if the system was shut down suddenly, and then restarted, but cars are not entering the tunnel.

  1. On the StackNControl menu, click Gate Management.
  2. Tap or click the Reset button. 
    The gate queue is reset and may or may not be in the same order as before.
  3. Click to select one of the following items:

Edit the Order of the Stack
Edit a Ticket for a car in Stack or Pending Queue
Fire Roller
Retract Controller Services
Remove Vehicle from Gate Queue
