About autobilling

  • The Autobilling service is used to renew a customer's club membership by using a stored Recurring ID, which is tied to the customer's credit card and securely stored with your card processor.
  • Autobilling, in the event of multiple locations, can be configured to run at each individual site location -or- it can run at one location and bill all club customers for all sites.
  • When configured to run Autobilling at one location for all club customers, the Autobill Revenue Report can be used to determine the total amount due to each location based on the club customers that are tied to their site.
  • If the club expired, the Site will check with Autobilling when redeeming a wash club to ensure that a customer's club has billed before allowing the customer to use the club at a different site. If the club expired, it will verify that Autobilling has not already been billed so that the customer will not be billed twice if they renew at the ICS Payment Terminal.
  • Club memberships can be billed via Autobilling even if sites are using different credit card processors, which makes it easy for sites to migrate to a new credit card processor.
  • Autobilling can email a declined message to a customer's valid email address that has been entered in WashConnect.
  • Autobilling can email receipts for club renewal transactions.
  • Autobilling can bill club customers with a valid RFID tag number or license plate.
