Transaction Detail Descriptions

The following table describes each column in the Transaction Detail Report.

Column

Description

Shift

Indicates the Shift Number on which the transaction was sold.

Device

All or selected devices such as the Auto Sentry, Safe, WBC where the transaction was done.

Start Date

The Start Date of the shift.

Start Time

The Start Time of the shift.   

Stop Date

The Stop Date of the shift.

Stop Time

The Stop Time of the shift.

 

Transaction

The Transaction Number of the transaction.  

Date

The Date the transaction occurred. 

Time

The Time the transaction occurred.

Sub Total The Subtotal of the services for the transaction.
Sales Tax

The Sales Tax of the services for the transaction.

Amount Tendered

The Amount Tendered for the transaction.

Payment Type

The Payment Type for the transaction. i.e., Cash, Split, Visa/MC, etc.

Ticket The Ticket created for the transaction.
           
Trans Status

The Transaction Status for the transaction, i.e. Redeem, Normal, PaidNotWashed, Extended, etc.

Customer Name

The Customer's Name on the transaction.

Plate

The Customer's Plate on the transaction. 

Customer ID

The Card # listed under the Customer's record, usually associated with a Fleet Customer or a Wash Book.

Account#

The Account # (Fleet Account) associated with the transaction.

RFID

The RFID tag associated with the Customer on the transaction.

 

Service

The list of services on the transaction.

Quantity

The Quantity of each service on the transaction.

Item Price

The price of each item on the transaction.

Payment Amount

The Payment Amount that is used for payment on the transaction.

Payment Type The type payment for the transaction.
Account

The account tied to the transaction payment type, i.e. Check Number, Gift Card last 4, Credit Card last 4, etc.

Auth Code

The Authorization Code for the transaction when paid for with a Credit Card.
