Add Required Man Hours:

Required Man hours is a Key Performance Indicator that lets you compare expected labor costs against actual labor costs. Please work with your operations and accounting teams to define the correct values for your business.

1. To set a required man hour sequence, log in to the local level of WashConnect > System Setup > Profit Centers > Req. Man Hours.
2. In the Site dropdown list, click to select the Site.
3. Click the Add  button.
4. In the Profit Center ID dropdown list, select a profit center.
5. Input the target metrics for this site

• Car: The maximum number of vehicles in an hour that can be washed by the number of employees in this sequence
• Required Man Hour: The set number of employees needed to wash the number of cars in this sequence

6. Use the Add  button to add additional sequences as needed. Multiple sequences can be created for multiple profit centers

EXAMPLE: If we need one employee to wash up to 49 cars per hour, and need 2 employees to wash 50-100 cars, we must set the required man hours as follows:

8. Review the performance of your site in the Performance Gauge Report
