To delete a Customer Group, follow these steps:
- Open WashConnect, in Region(s) select Corporate, region, or the local site, and then click the Log In button.
NOTE: When logged in at the Corporate location, the entire Corporate structure will be available. When logged in at a site level, only that site will be available for selection.
- Select Customers > Group.
- Click to select the customer group from the Customer Group list.

- Click the Delete button.

- If you receive the message, "Are you sure you wish to delete this customer group?" click OK.
The deleted Customer Group will appear in the Closed status listing.
