If a Wash Book is empty or there is a low balance, the system prompts the customer to recharge or reload their wash book when the Wash Book Card's balance reaches the configurable amount of washes remaining.

NOTE: There is a setting to add or remove the ability to recharge a Wash Book at the Auto Sentry.

1. At the Auto Sentry or POS, swipe the Wash Book Card or scan the receipt to redeem the wash.

If configured, the customer can select the Redeem Book button from the main options.

2. When the balance of washes remaining is at or below the configured amount, the Auto Sentry offers to recharge the card.
3. Customer makes a selection.
4. The Wash Book selection gets added to the end of the previous washes on the Wash Book.(FIFO - First In First Out with Wash Book inventory. This means if a customer bought a book of 8 basic washes then a few days later reloaded their wash book card and bought a wash book of 6 supreme washes, when the customer visits the car wash for the first 8 washes, they will automatically get the basic wash.  On the 9th visit, the supreme wash will process until all 6 supreme washes are used.)
5. The transaction receipt prints with the new total remaining.  Also if configured, the receipt will also print the Wash Book barcode and can send the receipt via email if the customer has an email address on file.
