Terminate fleet account customer

To terminate a fleet account customer:

  1. On the Fleet menu, select Accounts.
  2. Click to select the Fleet Account that you wish to edit.

After the Fleet Account is selected, the Fleet Customers appear at the bottom of the screen.

  1. From the Customer list, double-click the customer.
  2. In the Status box, select Terminated.
  3. Click the Save button.
    The message, "Customer save successfully," appears.
  4. Click OK.

To terminate from the Manage Customers page:

  1. On the Customers menu, select Manage Customers.
  1. Click to select the active customer, and then click the Edit Customer button. 
    The Customer Information tab appears.
  2. In the Status box, select Terminated.
  3. Click the Save button.

The message "Customer save successfully" appears.

  1. Click OK.
