A Site Survey provides a way to instantly gather information about your site from your customers.
- Customers can fill out a site survey on the WashTAB using rating numbers, multiple choice selections,
Yes/No responses, write in answers, etc.
- After answering all of the site survey questions, the customer selects the Submit Answers button.
The results of the survey are available in WashConnect from Reports on the Site Surveys menu.
