Family Clubs allow for club membership discounts for additional vehicles, as well as one combined monthly billing charge once the expiration dates have been synchronized. This is only intended for Month-to-Month clubs, and will not work with 3, 6 & 12 Month clubs.
Before this feature can be configured, the site must be on the WashConnect 1.9.2.X or greater. Please contact ICS Support if your WashConnect version is up to date, but you do not see the following Family Club Tabs:
- Family Club Options
- Family Club Groups
What Family Clubs Can Do:
- Group multiple active Club Vehicles together.
- Synchronize the club billing for a group of club Vehicles.
- Bill a single charge to a designated card on file.
What Family Clubs Cannot Do:
- Charge individual members of a Family Group
- Automatically add vehicles to a Group
