The following table describes the columns in the Received on Account Report.

Account |
This is the fleet account number associated with the customer that identifies the Fleet to which the ROA payment is applied. |
Date |
Date the transaction was finalized. Click the column header to sort on this field. |
Time |
Time the transaction was finalized. |
Customer Name |
This is the Customer name on the Fleet account. |
Payment Type |
This is the method of payment used to settle the account balance. When checks are used, the check number is included. |
Total |
This is the full amount of the payment received. |
Invoice Number

This is the Invoice Number with the amount due on the invoice. |
