The Auto Sentry, Smart Start, and cashier Point of Sale devices can be configured to allow Terminated or Suspended club customers to renew their membership. This is an optional setting that must be enabled within the WashConnect settings.
Terminated
If a Terminated club member wishes to renew, they will need to provide a valid credit card that they want to be billed with, and their vehicles RFID tag number will need to be entered again into their customer account in WashConnect if it is still attached to the vehicle, or a new RFID tag must be issued if the customer no longer has their previous RFID tag.
Suspended
If a Suspended club member wishes to renew, they will only be prompted for a credit card if the one they had on file has reached its expiration date. If their card on file is still active, the system will automatically charge the customers card on file and then reactivate their vehicles club status.
NOTE: The club member's next billing day will be dependent upon the renewal date settings within WashConnect.
