If configured in WashConnect, the Terminated and Suspended Club Customers may renew their membership at the Auto Sentry.
- Terminated club customers need to swipe a new credit card at the Auto Sentry and get a new RFID Tag adhered to their windshield, and when the customer selects Renew My Membership, all their club information on file is reactivated.
- Suspended customers are requested to swipe a new credit card if it expired at the Auto Sentry, and when the customer selects Renew My Membership, all their club information on file is reactivated.
