Renew Terminated or Suspended Club Customers

Auto Sentry or Smartstart

If configured in WashConnect, the Terminated and Suspended Club Customers may renew their membership directly at the Auto Sentry or Smartstart payment terminal:

  • Terminated club customers need to swipe a new credit card at the Auto Sentry and get a new RFID Tag adhered to their windshield, and when the customer selects Renew My Membership, all their club information on file is reactivated.
  • Suspended customers are requested to swipe a new credit card at the Auto Sentry  if it expired, and when the customer selects Renew My Membership, all their club information on file is reactivated.

POS

If configured in WashConnect, the Terminated and Suspended Club Customers may renew their membership directly at the Point of Sale computer with an attendant:

  • Terminated club customers will need to provide a new credit card and swipe it at the POS, and get a new RFID Tag adhered to their windshield, and when the attendant selects Renew My Membership, all the club information on file is reactivated.

  • Suspended customers will need to provide a new credit card and swipe it at the POS if it expired, and when the customer selects Renew My Membership, all their club information on file is reactivated.
