Ability to create WashTAB Profiles at corporate and local sites.

Added device category of WashTAB so it will have its own distinct category instead of being lumped into the POS category.

Added a Privilege entry for WashTAB Profiles to manage access to the WashTAB Profiles. Added a Role Privilege entry to allow admin users to access the WashTAB Profiles showing WashTAB services.
