Add Chemical Product

To add a Chemical Product, follow these steps:   

  1. At WashConnect logon, select a site.
  2. On the Chemicals menu, click Product Setup.
  1. Click the Add button.

 

  1. In the *Description box, type the name of the Wash Solution. (*Required field.)
  2. In the Wash Solution box, select a Wash Solution.
  3. In the On Hand box, type in a quantity.
  4. In the Lead Time (days) box, type in an amount of days.
  5. In the Maximum Level box, type in a maximum amount to have on hand.
  6. In the Reorder Point box, type in a quantity at which time you will need to reorder.
  7. In the Unit of Measure box, select a unit from the list.
  8. In the *Capacity box, type in a capacity. (*Required field.)
  9. In the Shelf box, type in the Shelf quantity.
  10. In the Miscellaneous box, type in any miscellaneous information.
  11. To add a Vendor box, click the Add Vendor button.
  12. In the Select Vendor dialog box, click to select a vendor from the list.
  13. Click the OK button.
  14. In the Vendor Part box, enter the vendor part number.
  15. In the Qty box, type in a quantity.
  16. In the Cost box, type in the cost.
  17. Select the Preferred check box, if this is the preferred vendor for obtaining the product.
  18. Click the Save button.
