Overview:
- Purpose: Manage corporate customers and track fleet vehicle washes through fleet accounts.
- Benefits: Advertises to fleet drivers and also builds loyalty when the fleet customer returns in personal vehicles.
Types of Fleet Accounts:
- Invoice Fleet Account: Customers are billed, and they make payments.
- Prepaid Fleet Account: Customers prepay, and each wash reduces the balance available.
WARNING: Careful selection of fleet type is crucial because after it is set up, it cannot be switched between the prepaid and invoiced systems without deletion and re-creation of the account.
Customization Features:
- Discounts: Can offer dollar or percentage discounts off regular services.
- Profile Customization: Tailor wash services offered to each fleet.
- Tax Exemptions: Can be set for specific or all tax exemptions.
- Fleet Rules: are used to narrow down how many times a site can use the wash.
Vehicle Management:
- Identification: Vehicles identified via RFID tags (#) or customer cards (%).
- Custom Wash Menus: Each fleet can have a tailored wash menu approved by the Fleet Account Director.
Additional Features:
- Retracts in Wash Tunnel: Custom handling of specific vehicles (e.g., police vehicles).
- Bonuses: Progressive bonuses for prepaid account balances.
Receipts:
- You can configure the number of receipts to print for each Fleet Account transaction.
- You can also configure, if you would like, a signature line to print on the receipt. If configured in the system, you can allow the purchase of a gift card with a fleet account.
Reporting and Invoicing:
- Reports can be printer for the car wash management.
- Invoices can be printed with date and time stamped transactions for the Fleet director.
Limitations:
- Funds can only be added at the Point of Sale (POS), not at the ICS payment terminal.
