A wash club typically offers individual customers a certain amount of unlimited washes for a flat monthly fee. You can sell the wash club membership at the Auto Sentry flex as well as the Point of Sale (POS).

Clubs may be purchased with cash or credit card. Club members paying with a credit card will receive a recurring ID that automatically will alert members when the club needs to renew as the club expires. The membership will automatically charge according to the club's  flat fee at the interval of monthly, semi-annually or annually. This will continue automatically until the membership is terminated or suspended.

At a wash with RFID readers, the club members are identified with an RFID tag adhered on the inside of the vehicle windshield. The vehicle is identified by the system with the RFID tags preceding pound (#) sign and RFID number. Club memberships are limited to the vehicle in which the RFID tag is located. One customer can have multiple vehicles join different clubs. Each vehicle is billed separately. 

Club Services are managed from the Corporate logon. From the Configuration menu, select Goods and Services, and then select Club Services.

The Club Reports make it possible for you to carefully analyze your club data.
