How can I clean the Auto Sentry, Tunnel Master WBC, Touch POS, or Touch IT?

  • Screens
    • Apply non-ammonia free cleaner to a lint free cloth and wipe down the screen.
  • Plastics
    • Mix dishwasher soap with warm water and use it to wipe down the plastics with a lint free cloth.

Where can I view or export a list of club customers?

  • From Customers, then Manage Customers.  After you perform the search for the requested customers or club customers, you can select the Print button or the Export button.  

How to create a coupon for a group to receive a free wash by entering a 4-digit code at the auto sentry?

  • Create a 4-digit Coupon Code for a specific group(s) and attach a wash package to it. This is actually a "free wash" PLU that is created so it is not used in a profile, nor is it an item for sale.

When your customer needs assistance at the Auto Sentry, is there a way to notify employees?

NOTE: This Auto Sentry Help button is an optional feature and needs to be wired prior to configuration and use.

  • Customer can simply touch the on-screen Help button on the Auto Sentry at any time during the transaction to alert a wash staff member that help is needed.
  • This on-screen Help button button can be set up to fire a relay that activates an external buzzer, alarm, horn, or light.
  • This is located in a typical area where a staff member may hear a sound or be alerted with a light. 

Can a personal laptop be used off-site to gain access to WashConnect Corporate?

  • Need to install WashConnect Container App.  
  • Only have access to Corporate at logon.
