This table describes the columns in the Ticket Redeemed Detail Report.

Transaction
|
The WashConnect POS transaction number generated when a ticket is sold.

Date Issued
|
The date and time of transaction for the wash that was purchased.
|
Ticket
|
Number of car wash tickets sold.
|
Ticket Status
|
Device |
The number assigned to the specific device at local site. |
Shift
|
Shift ID recorded from the device where the wash ticket was purchased.
|
Transaction
|
The WashConnect Controller transaction number.
|
Date
|
The date and time the ticket was redeemed and washed.
|
Status
|
Washed or Upgraded. Washed means the ticket was marked as being washed and will correspond to the date the controller washed the ticket. Upgraded means the ticket was upgraded upon being redeemed and the wash was either changed or an extra service was purchased.

Upgraded Ticket
|
Upgraded Ticket shows the new ticket number since the original ticket was upgraded.It will reference the ticket in the Ticket column for the new ticket that was created and show the status of the new ticket on a separate row on the report.i.e., the original ticket will show as a status of Upgraded and the new ticket will show a status of Washed.
