Email Wash Book Receipt

You can configure a POS or an Auto Sentry Wash Book sale transactions to automatically email the wash book receipt when it is purchased.

NOTE: To Email an automatic receipt to a customer, it is required to have previously established an email address on file in WashConnect®.

  1. On the Customer menu, select Manage.
  2. Search for a customer.
  3. In the Primary Email box, type Customer email address.
  4. In the Confirm Primary Email box, type Customer email address again from step #3.
  5. Optional: in the Secondary Email box, type second email address for customer.
  6. Optional: in the Confirm Secondary Email box, type second email address from step #5.
  7. Click to mark the Receive email receipts check box.
  8. Click the Save button.
