A Fleet Rule can be closed or terminated as long as they are not used in another Fleet Account.
NOTE: After closing a Fleet Rule, the Rule can no longer be modified.  If you need to edit a closed Rule, you would need to create a new Rule instead.
    - 
    Open WashConnect, in Region(s) select Corporate, region, or the local site, and then click the Log In button.
 NOTE: When logged in at the Corporate location, the entire Corporate structure will be available. When logged in at a site level, only that site will be available for selection.

    Select Fleet > Rules.
 The Rules tab appears.

    Select a Fleet Rule, and then click the Edit button. 
 
 
NOTE: If there are active Fleet Accounts using the Fleet Rule, terminate or transfer the active Fleet Account customers to another Fleet Account that has a different Fleet Rule in order to Close the Fleet Rule.
    - From the Termination section, click to select the Close box.
This Fleet Rule will no longer be available.
    - Click the Save button. 
The Fleet Rule is terminated and no longer appears in the list of Rules.
