Description

Club

Name of the club.

Club Billed/Renewed

Total number of clubs sold or renewed. This is the number of unique vehicles purchasing or renewing a club that were either auto billed or initially billed in the given time period. If a vehicle did both, it is still counted only one time.

Club Revenue

This is the total revenue from club sales or renewals. Divide the Revenue by Vehicles to get an approximate cost of the club. For example, a Revenue of $5,704 divided by 235 vehicles equals $24.27. The actual price might be $24.95. But because of prorating, the calculated amount is slightly less.

Other Site Members Club Revenue Club revenue of the members from other site.

Upgrade Revenue

Revenue from additional items purchased during the club redemption.

Total Revenue

Total Income associated with clubs (ClubRevenueplusUpgrade Revenue).

Total Base Wash

Total visits or club redemptions made by club vehicles.

# of Active Club Memberships # of Active Club Memberships – This number represents the total number of active memberships which includes any membership that made a visit, renewed, or joined within the date range of the report and has a membership status of Active or Bill.

Avg. Base Wash / Club Mem.

Shows how often club members are getting a club wash for the selected time frame. Total Base Wash divided by the # of Active Club Memberships.

Upgrade Qty.

Upgrade quantity. Number of times (visits)customers purchased an upgrade in addition to the included service.

Upgrade Revenue %

UpgradeRevenuedivided byTotal Revenue.

This shows what percentage of total revenue is represented by the upgrade revenue.

Upgrade Vehicle %

Upgrade Quantitydivided byTotal Base Wash.This figure is expressed as a percentage. Say the vehicle visited 10 times. An upgrade wash purchased 5 times. TheUpgrade Vehicle%is 50 percent.

Avg. Club Revenue

The Avg. Club Revenue helps determine the average revenue acquired for each club during the date range of the report. The monthly clubs Avg. Club Revenue is simply equal to the amount in the Club Revenue column. If a 6 month or 12 month club is included for a report period of a single month, the report looks back over the last 6/12 months to determine the total revenue received for that 6/12 month club, determines the average revenue per day for that 6/12 month club, then multiplies it by the total number of days on the requested report. This creates the average club revenue for the requested date range for clubs that exceed one month.

Shows the average amount of club income per visit (Avg. Club Revenue ÷ Total Base Wash)

Upgrade Rev./ Wash Shows the average amount of upgrade income per visit (Upgrade Revenue ÷ Total Base Wash)

Total Rev./Base Wash

Shows the average amount of total income per visit ((Avg. Club Revenue + Upgrade Revenue) ÷ Total Base Wash)
